Important: This policy applies to all digital services provided by Creative Ads, including but not limited to web development, digital marketing, graphic design, and consultation services.

1. Policy Overview

Our primary goal is to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. We understand that circumstances may change, and this refund policy provides clear guidelines for requesting refunds. All refund requests are subject to review by our management team to ensure fairness for both parties.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

  • Project cancellation within 7 business days of agreement signing, provided no substantial work has commenced.
  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeline due solely to our operational delays.
  • Significant deviation from project specifications that cannot be resolved through standard revision cycles.
  • Service unavailability or technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery for more than 14 days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Client-side delays in providing required materials, content, or approvals beyond agreed timelines.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with design elements after final approval has been given.
  • Project cancellation after the initial 7-day cancellation period or after work has substantially commenced.
  • Change of mind or business direction after project initiation.
  • Third-party expenses already incurred (domain registration, hosting, stock media, etc.).

4. Partial Refund Scenarios

In certain situations where a project is cancelled after significant work has been completed but before final delivery, we may offer a partial refund. This amount will be calculated based on: 1) Work completed to date, 2) Resources utilized, 3) Administrative costs, and 4) Third-party expenses already paid.

Note on Partial Refund Calculation:

The partial refund amount is calculated by subtracting completed work value, administrative fees, and third-party expenses from the total paid amount. A detailed breakdown will be provided upon request.

5. Refund Request Process

  • Submit a formal refund request via email to support@creativeads.com with subject line 'Refund Request - [Project Name]'.
  • Include detailed reasons for the refund request along with relevant project documentation.
  • Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 business hours and conduct a review within 5-7 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
  • A refund processing fee of 5% may apply to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.

6. Refund Timeframes

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion or issue discovery. Late requests may not be considered. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days, though banking institutions may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

7. Revision Policy vs. Refunds

Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to utilize our revision policy. Most projects include 2-3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. We are committed to making necessary adjustments to meet your requirements before considering refund options.
